TRADITIONAL WATER FITNESS

This class involves exercises in shallow water. Swimming proficiency is not necessary. Emphasis is on toning as well as aerobics. Participants in this class are required to do only traditional water fitness exercises.

DEEP WATER FITNESS
Activity Schedule, hosted by Active.com

A totally non-impact workout using flotation belts that free the arms and legs for a challenging workout. Participants MUST be able to swim.
