Customer Services is the division of the Finance Department that provides a central location for the collection of all City payments including water, sewer, and stormwater utility bills, licenses, parking tickets, and all other City payments including the processing of ACH transactions. The office also handles public relations pertaining to utility service, business licenses, special assessments, payment questions, and other general information.

Tax Rates

The City of Eau Claire is located in Eau Claire and Chippewa counties. The City also overlaps two school districts in each county, resulting in four possible mill rates for City residents, depending on the location of their property.
