During your search tell landlords that you prefer to rent from Certified Landlords. Tell them about our web site, so they can make arrangements to attend.
When speaking to a Certified Landlord, let them know that you located them through the CELP Directory or that you chose to rent from them because they are a Certified Landlord.
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Student Senate is sponsoring their annual "House Day" on February 3, 2004 at Davies Center. This is a great opportunity to meet with landlords and learn about properties for rent. For more information visit: http://www.uwec.edu/
