Winter after Hours (In Association with Volume One)
Thursdays, January 8 - February 26
6:00-8:00PM
The Eau Claire Parks and Recreation Department along with Volume One will again be presenting "Winter After Hours" at Boyd Park. There will be ice skating, snow shoeing, winter kubb, a fire pit, music, and hot drinks. Snowshoe and skate rentals will be available during the special event only. The warming house and restrooms will be open and supervised. Hundreds of people enjoy this unique social gathering each season. We hope you can join in on the family fun at Boyd during this season!

Come Slide with Us (An afternoon of sledding fun at Pinehurst)
Saturdays & Sundays, 1:00-4:00pm
An afternoon of supervised sledding fun at Pinehurst. We provide the hill, roaring fire to warm up next to, music, and a cup of hot chocolate. All activities will be supervised by our dedicated skating rink supervisors.

Hot Cocoa Sundays
Free hot cocoa and family fun is provided inside the warming house at all four rinks every Sunday! We simply provide the Rink Supervisor with a means to heat the water and serve a cup of hot cocoa to each participant. Board games and coloring books will be left out on the tables to encourage participants to hang out a little bit longer at the rink. A simple craft may also be an option.

Come and Play Days
December 22, 23, 26, 29, 30
1:00pm - 4:00pm
An afternoon of games and activities at all four rink locations. Come and go as you please! Join our rink staff as they lead children in skating races and relays, as well as, board games and crafts in the warming house!
