• Pay by Check or Money Order (DO NOT PAY BY CASH)

• Made Payable to the ”CITY OF EAU CLAIRE

• Write the CITATION Issue Number and your Vehicle License Number on your check or money order

• Payment must be received by the due date to avoid additional penalties

• Include your name and address on the envelope provided and on the citation

How to Contest a Parking Citation

• If you wish to contest a citation, call (877) 501-9924
• The Eau Claire Police Department Special Services Division meets with individuals who wish to contest a parking ticket every Wednesday between 8 AM - 12 PM.  You must fist call the number above to set up a mediation time to meet with an officer.
• Once your appointment time has been set, arrive at the Police Department approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a Parking Ticket mediation form (pictured below).
