Signals and Signage
Concerns regarding traffic signal timing and requests for new traffic signals should be directed to the Traffic Engineer at 839-4934. Reports of nonfunctioning lights or burned out bulbs should be reported to Street Maintenance at 839-4963.
A request to change a regulatory sign or a request to install a new sign, such as a stop sign or speed limit sign, should be made in writing to the Traffic Engineer. After receipt, it is then considered by the Public Works Traffic Committee. The Traffic Committee reviews the request and after consideration may refer it to the City Council for action.
If a sign has been knocked down, missing, or is in need of repair, please call Street Maintenance at 839-4963.
