We are currently undergoing construction on the Second Avenue side of the Courthouse, therefore, you will want to park and enter on the Oxford side. There is special parking for Vistors with Children on the south end of the Oxford Ave parking lot. After parking you will want to enter The Department of Human Services (DHS) #11 door. 

February 20, 2012 Update: The main lobby elevator may only allow you to access certain floors. Continue to get to the Health Department by entering on the Oxford side of the building using the far right Human Services door on the Lake St. end of the building (DHS door #11). Then follow the signs to get to the lower level and through the building to the Health Department door.
