Veolia ES Seven-Mile Landfill

The Health Department holds a seat on the Seven-Mile Landfill Standing Committee which meets quarterly to review, discuss, and monitor the construction and operation of the facility. The committee also has the right to conduct on-site inspections of the facility. A Health Department Environmental Health Specialist conducts these inspections and a report is provided to and discussed at the committee meetings.
