This program provides confidential family planning health care services and supplies to those who qualify.

Who qualifies?
  • U.S. Citizen at least age 15
  • Living in Wisconsin
  • Within the income guidelines
  • Go to www.access.wi.gov to see if you qualify.

Pregnancy testing is available. Call 839-4718 for an appointment.
