Family Planning Waiver Program

This program provides confidential family planning health care services and supplies to women who qualify.

Who qualifies?
  • Women 15-44 years old
  • A U.S. Citizen living in Wisconsin
  • Women who do not receive BadgerCare Plus
  • Women who meet income guidelines (see BadgerCare Plus)

Pregnancy Testing
Pregnancy testing is available free of charge. Call 839-4718 for an appointment.
