Immunization Clinics

Our immunization clinic dates and times are posted on the calendar.  See the calendar on our Home Page for specific dates.

Our clinics are held in the Eau Claire County Courthouse, Room G034, WIC/Immunization Entrance.  Clinics are:

  • the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month from 4-6 pm
  • the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 10-11:30 am
  • the 2nd Thursday of the month from 4-6 pm

Clinics are held in Augusta at the Augusta Community Center on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 11:00 am to noon.

Clinics are held in Fairchild at the Fairchild Mastin Center on the first Friday of February, April, June, August, October and December from 10-11 am.

All Eau Claire residents are eligible to attend regularly scheduled immunization clinics.  Immunizations for infants and children are provided against polio, whooping cough, diphtheria, tetanus, red measles, German measles, mumps, Haemophilus influenzae - Type B (Hib), and pneumococcal conjugate. The Hib vaccine is designed for infants and young children in order to prevent a certain type of bacterial meningitis. Tetanus immunizations are also available for adults.

Hepatitis B and Varicella (chickenpox) available. Varicella is available for children 12 months through 19 years of age.

All children are required to have signed parental permission in order to obtain immunizations.  If parents are unable to be present at the clinic, contact the Health Department in advance to obtain permission slips that can be signed and sent to the clinic with the children. Children without signed parental permission forms will not be immunized.

Childhood immunizations can be given to minors only with parent or guardian permission. Vaccine consent forms are available at our clinics, you may click here to print one or contact our office to request a copy by mail.
