Welcome to our website. We hope the following information answers basic questions about the programs administered by the Housing Authority / Housing Division The Housing Authority is responsible for the administration of nine federally subsidized housing programs. The housing programs are implemented by the Housing Authority under the guidance of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The nine housing programs operate within the city limits of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Housing Authority of the City of Eau Claire earned the HUD designation as a "High Performing Housing Authority" on the national Public Housing Assessment System (PHAS). The Housing Authority has received a "High Performing Housing Authority" score since the federal rating system began in 1992. |
