Work is nearing completion on the reconstruction of Hastings Way between Galloway Street and the North Crossing.  The new signalized intersections at Birch Street and Seymour Road are now fully operational. Birch Street, from Bergen Avenue to Pine Street, has been completed and opened to traffic.  Motorists will encounter shifting lane closures on Hastings Way to accommodate finishing work on the project until the middle of November.  The Construction Update from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (Wis/DOT) is posted on the City web site on a weekly basis.  Please click here to access this document and more information on the Street Construction page.
