Paul Bunyan Logging Camp

A part of Wisconsin's history at its best, the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp Museum is located in Eau Claire's beautiful Carson Park. It is a lasting tribute to the pioneers who settled the Chippewa Valley and includes an outstanding interpretive center complete with artifacts, photographs, and exhibit rooms to acquaint visitors with the logging era. Following the introduction, guests can take a leisurely stroll through an authentic 1890's logging camp - the cook shanty, bunk house, blacksmith shop, equipment shed, and barn - so they can see how lumberjacks actually lived and worked. Admission: |
