 Special Event Application 2010

Special use permit policies, procedures and applications for use of parks, streets, City property, and right of way. It is the policy of the City of Eau Claire to encourage and support special community events, such as festivals, parades, and athletic events while regulating these events in a positive manner to ensure the health and safety of the participants in the event.

To assist your organization with your event, we have put this packet of information together. Please read it thoroughly. If you have questions about this material or about holding your event, please call the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department at (715) 839-5032 or visit our office at 1300 First Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54703.

Making appropriate accommodations well in advance of your event will make the event successful.

Concession Stand Rental Contract

Coke trailer policies and procedures. The trailer will be available for rent by community groups for use within a 20 mile radius of the City of Eau Claire.
