Patrons may reserve pavilions Mondays through Fridays for any time period during normal park hours (4:00 AM - 11:00 PM)
Two reservation time slots will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays
No earlier than 4:00 AM - no later than 4:00 PM
No earlier than 5:00 PM - no later than 11:00 PM
Park staff will clean pavilions as needed between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM
Any group wishing to reserve a pavilion for the entire day either on a Saturday or a Sunday would pay the full day rental fee.
Pavilion Reservation forms must be completed for exclusive use of pavilions. Reservations are accepted at the Parks and Recreation Community Center, 1300 First Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!!
Tents with stakes are not permitted without approval from the Parks & Recreation Director
At Rod & Gun Park one tent is allowed. Tent size is limited to 20' X 30' square feet. This will accommodate approximately 45 guests seated.
Reservation Fees:
**Refund Policy**
A $5.00 administrative fee will be deducted for all cancelled reservations
Refunds will only be given when notice for cancellation is received 5 business days prior to the event.

Monday - Thursday Rentals: $28.00
Friday Rentals: $57.00
Saturday, Sunday Rentals
$57.00 (1/2 day)
$90.00 (full day)
Neighborhood Pavilions/Shelters:
Monday - Sunday Rentals: $28.00
* Except for Neighborhood Association Meetings. * Some neighborhood shelters may be booked throughout the summer for recreation programs.
