1. Fee to reserve park pavilion.
   
   
2. The reservation for a wedding in a park only reserves the area described. It does not reserve the whole park. The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to schedule other activities or events in the park. Every effort will be made by the department to avoid any conflict between two groups with regard to noise, parking, and/or use of facilities.
   
   
3. The Parks and Recreation Department cannot be responsible for the general public use of the park at the time of the wedding. The wedding party does have the right to request general park users to leave the area they have reserved.
   
   
4. A $28.00 Utility Locate Fee and a $46.00 Fire Inspection Fee for tents over 250 square feet is charged if a tent or canopy is going to be set up in the park. It is required that a representative from the wedding party meet with a Park Supervisor on site to discuss location of the tent at least one week before the wedding. The wedding party will be assessed the cost of repairing any damage to water or electrical lines that is created by stakes being driven into the ground outside the area originally located. At Rod & Gun Park, one tent is allowed. Tent size is limited to 20x30 square feet. This will accommodate approximately 45 guests seated.
   
   
5. The wedding party is responsible for leaving the park area in as good, or better condition, than when they arrive.
   
   
6. Many of these facilities have differing appropriate uses and each can accommodate certain sized activities based on the experiences of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department staff. The size is based on available adjacent parking, handicapped accessibility, water and restroom facilities. The City reserves the right to not allow activities that exceed facility capacities.
