  • H1N1 vaccination is now available for all people over 6 months of age.
  • H1N1 flu vaccinations will be given by the Eau Claire City-County Health Department on several days at the Eau Claire County Courthouse, 720 Second Ave., Eau Claire in room G330. Please call (715) 839-4718 to make an appointment.

  Important Notice: All children are required to have signed parental permission in order to obtain immunizations. If parents are unable to be present at the clinic, the form can be downloaded and signed by the parent or guardian and be taken to the clinic with the child. Children without signed parental permission forms will not be immunized.
