5. Resolution authorizing the University of Wisconsin to conduct the Shamrock Shuffle on Saturday, March 10, 2012 along city trails.
6. Resolution authorizing the Mayo Health Systems to conduct the Mayo Employee Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Carson Park.
7. Resolution authorizing the Mehara Shrine Circus to conduct the 65th Annual Shrine Circus on June 12-13, 2012 at Carson Park.
8. Resolution authorizing the Mayo Health Systems to conduct the Mayo Employee Summer Picnic on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at Carson Park.
TREE REMOVAL
9. Final Resolution granting petition and waiver for tree removal at 821 Wedgewood Avenue, Parcel No. 10-0736.
CONTRACT AMENDMENT
10. Resolution approving the First Amendment to the 2010 Urban Mass Transit Operating Assistance Contract between the State of Wisconsin and the City of Eau Claire.
STREET VACATION – STATZ AVENUE
11. Resolution authorizing a public hearing in the matter of the vacation for the remnant of the cul-de-sac lying westerly of the projected westerly right of way line of Statz Avenue at Declaration Drive and referring said matter to the Plan Commission for study and report.

12. Resolution authorizing Here We Grow Again, LLC to conduct the Here We Grow Again Children’s Consignment Sale on April 10-16, 2012 at Hobbs Municipal Ice Center and again on a mutually agreed upon time in September 2012.

The next City Council Legislative Meeting is scheduled to be held at 4 p.m. on January 24, 2012.

If any member of the public desires that the City Council consider a matter not included on this agenda, he or she should contact a City Council Member or the City Manager to have the matter considered for placement on a future City Council agenda.
WORK SESSION
PLEASE NOTE: The City Council of the City of Eau Claire will hold a Work Session immediately following its Legislative Session on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 to discuss the process for recruitment of a new city manager. The Work Session will be held in the North Conference Room of City Hall, 203 South Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
