TO:  Landmarks Commission

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, June 6, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  May 2, 2011.

2. Welcome new Commission member Kathy Mitchell.

3. Resolution commending Ken Fulgione.

4. Discussion of Commission Rules and Operating Procedures (City Attorney).

5. Consideration of any Certificate of Appropriateness, including:
  A. To replace a ground sign at the First Baptist Church at 416 Niagara Street.
  B. To replace steps and add hand railing at 606 Fourth Avenue.  (Information not
   submitted as of agenda mail-out.)

6. Update on reconstruction work at 310 Lake Street.

7. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Discussion of Historic Preservation presentation in the fall.
B. Report from HPF.
C. Commission name change status.
D. July meeting at Chippewa Valley Museum.
