PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, December 5, 2011, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  November 7, 2011.

2. Discussion of UW-Eau Claire’s Historic Survey report.

3. Discussion of City Hall building analysis and updates.

4. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Commission membership
B. Report from HPF

In order to accommodate the participation of individuals with special needs at this meeting, the City will provide the services of a sign language interpreter or make other reasonable accommodations on request.  To make such a request, please notify the City at 715-839-4902 at least 2 days prior to the meeting.
