PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, January 9, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. in the North Conference Room, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  December 5, 2011.

2. Welcome new Commission member – Jim Seymour.

3. Election of officers (Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary).

4. Discussion of City Hall building analysis, updates, and grant programs.

5. Review of 2011 Commission work program and discussion of 2012 work program.

6. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Report from HPF.
B. Barstow Street reconstruction project update.
C. Community Development Procedure Manual – Landmarks Commission.
D. February Commission meeting.
