PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Eau Claire Landmarks Commission has scheduled its regular monthly meeting for Monday, February 6, 2012, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 203 S. Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The following items will be on the agenda:

1. Approval of minutes:  January 9, 2012.

2. Presentation of plaque to Jenny Ebert.

3. Discussion of City Hall building analysis and grant programs.

4. Discussion of 2012 Commission work program.

5. Update of landmark activities and properties, including:
A. Report from HPF.

In order to accommodate the participation of individuals with special needs at this meeting, the City will provide the services of a sign language interpreter or make other reasonable accommodations on request.  To make such a request, please notify the City at (715)839-4902 at least 2 days prior to the meeting.
