Each year the downtown businesses offer a safe place for children to walk the streets and get treats for Halloween. This year, more businesses than ever are handing out candy! The hours are from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.  Be sure to walk all the way down both North and South Barstow Streets, Farwell Street, Graham Avenue, East Grand Avenue, and West Grand Avenue (across the footbridge). The YMCA and Boys and Girls Club are also participaing in the downtown trick or treating! Please be sure that children are accompanied by an adult.
