PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Police and Fire Commission will meet at 12:45 p.m. on March 11, 2026, at City Hall, Bridges Conference Room, First Floor, 203 South Farwell Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The Commission will convene in open session, and upon a motion duly made and carried, the Police and Fire Commission may go into closed session to conduct interviews of Firefighter candidates, and to review the sufficiency of a filed statement of charges regarding employees over which the Police and Fire Commission exercises responsibility, which is permitted in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c). The Commission will reconvene in open session to establish the Firefighter eligibility list and discuss regular meeting items.

This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Subchapter V of Chapter 19 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
In order to accommodate the participation of individuals with special needs at this meeting, the City will provide the services of a sign language interpreter or make other reasonable accommodations on request.
