Inspection prompts change
After a state inspection last week of the North Eddy Street bridge, a weight restriction of 5 tons is imposed, effective immediately, to reduce bridge traffic and the related loading on the structure. This bridge is privately owned by Union Pacific/Chicago North Western Railway.
Detours in Place
Detour routes will be signed and use Forest Street to Madison Street to Germania Street.
