Community Survey - City Manager Search
Community Survey - Your Input Is Wanted!
City Manager Dale Peters is retiring after 30 years of dedicated service to the citizens of Eau Claire. The Eau Claire City Council is beginning the recruitment process for the next City Manager who will lead Eau Claire into the future.
“Our intention is to attract diverse, qualified and experienced applicants that share the values and goals of our community,” City Council President Terry Weld. A survey has been created to gather feedback and learn what qualities the community most values in this important leadership role. The City of Eau Claire City Manager Search Community Survey will be one of several opportunities for people to take an active role in this nationwide search. The survey is currently available online at polco.us/cityofeauclaire and will also be available in paper form on any Eau Claire Transit Bus and at various sites across the City of Eau Claire including the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library, Hobbs Ice Arena, and the customer service counter at City Hall. The survey will be open until March 22, 2020 *deadline extended to April 30, 2020*.
The Eau Claire City Council looks forward to working alongside City staff, the residents of Eau Claire and our community partners in the search and selection of the next City Manager.
