Tax Incremental District #16

In 2023, the City Council approved the creation of TID # 16. The purpose of TID # 16 is to pay the costs of street infrastructure and potential land acquisition needed to facilitate development in the area. In addition to the incremental property value that will be created, the City expects the project will result in new commercial development and housing opportunities.
