Tax Incremental District #17

In 2024, the City Council approved the creation of TID No. 17. It is a proposed mixed-use district comprising approximately 73.9 acres located in southeast Eau Claire at the intersection of Interstate 94 and Highway 53. The District will be created to pay the costs of street projects, Multi-modal Overpass, Trail Projects, and Development Incentives.
