A registered nurse provides consultation and information about diet, medication, and positive health practices. Blood pressure, pulse, and blood sugars can be checked at these clinics. Patients are given the opportunity to ask questions. There is no charge for these services

OCTOBER

• The Fairchild clinic on October 24 has been rescheduled. The new date is Friday, October 17 at the Fairchild Senior Living Apartments (9:30-10 am) and Fairchild Library (10:30-11:30 am).

• The Fall Creek and Augusta clinics on October 14 have been rescheduled. The new date is Tuesday, October 21 at St. James Trinity Lutheran Church, Fall Creek (9-10 am) and the Augusta Senior & Community Center (10:30-11:30 am). 

NOVEMBER

• The Fairchild clinic on November 28 has been rescheduled due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The new date is Friday, November 21 at the Fairchild Senior Living Apartments (9:30-10 am) and Fairchild Library (10:30-11:30 am).

• The Augusta clinic on November 11 has been rescheduled. The new date is Tuesday, November 18 at the Augusta Senior & Community Center (10:30-11:30 am).

• The Fall Creek clinic at St. James Trinity Lutheran Church on November 11 will happen as usual from 9-10 am.

DECEMBER:

• The Fairchild clinic on December 26 has been rescheduled due to the Christmas holiday. The new date is Friday, December 19 at the Fairchild Senior Living Apartments (9:30-10 am) and Fairchild Library (10:30-11:30 am).

• No changes to the Fall Creek and Augusta clinic dates in December.
