Child Immunizations

Children 18 years and younger can get FREE immunizations if they meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Uninsured
  • Have Wisconsin Medical Assistance (BadgerCare Plus)
  • American Indian or Alaskan Native

NOTE: Children who are underinsured - whose insurance doesn't cover vaccines - can go to a federally qualified health center to receive certain free immunizations. Find a federally qualified health center near you by clicking here. (For example, Northlakes Community Clinic).

Vaccinations can be given to minors only with parent/guardian signed consent. Parent must attend appointment if child is less than 18 years old. If you have any questions please call 715-839-4718.

Adult Immunizations

2025-2026 update: Adults 19 and older can get FREE flu shots if they meet one or more of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Uninsured
  • Underinsured (if your insurance does not cover the cost of flu vaccines)

Adults can also get the following immunizations: Polio, Tdap, Tetanus, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, MMR, Varicella, Pneumococcal.

Some adult vaccines may have an eligibility criteria and/or cost. Call us at 715-839-4718 if you have questions.
