For the consideration of your health and safety and that of our Inspections team during the Emergency Order #12, we are temporarily transitioning to electronic inspections. We are working with our online software vendor to enable a new feature called e-Inspection. This will allow most inspections to be authorized to occur via photo submittal or live video. This is expected to be available by Monday, March 30, 2020. Thank you for your patience as we pause all inspections for the remainder of this week and pivot to this new format.
Please watch for additional updates here and the State of Wisconsin and Eau Claire City-County Health Department websites for the latest information on Emergency Order #12 and its impact on whether and how you can start or continue onsite construction work. As always, we encourage you to continue to submit permit applications and inspection requests online here as well.
