An online software program is available to you for project, application and payment submittal. Paper applications are not accepted. Unless otherwise noted in the manual instruction sheets and checklists below, applications will go through a 7 business day completeness check. The verification will be made in writing. If the project is complete, the official review period will begin on that date deemed complete. City staff will not process incomplete applications.
