As required by Section 66.10013 of Wisconsin Statutes, the City of Eau Claire has prepared and posted a report outlining the number of subdivision plats, certified survey maps, condominium plats, and building permit applications approved in the prior year. This report includes the total number of new residential dwelling units, a list and map of undeveloped parcels that are zoned residential and a list of undeveloped parcels that are suitable for but not zoned residential at this time.
