Street and utility Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) construction projects are presented each year to the City Council for approval.

• Preliminary resolutions are brought forth first to the City Council for consideration on the Consent Agenda at a Tuesday evening legislative session.
• Following approval of a project's preliminary resolution, a public hearing is held giving the public an opportunity to address the City Council about the project.
• The public hearing is followed by a Tuesday evening legislative session where action is taken by City Council to determine if a project will move forward.
