Health Dept. warns about a rabid bat🦇found Aug. 22 in the 2200 block of North Hillcrest Parkway in Altoona. The bat fell from the side of a business & was unable to fly. Anyone with possible exposure to this bat should seek immediate medical attention. For more info: news.echealthdepartment.org.
