Drop-In/Open Activities
Drop-in/open activities offered through Eau Claire Recreation do not require registration. You can either pay per visit or use the Activity Pass for all the drop-in activities! For more information on the Activity Pass click here.
League Information
Adult League Information Sheet | Adult Sports Manual | Players must be 18 years or older. Team entry fees must be submitted with registration. Teams must include one-half of last year's roster to be considered a returning team.
New teams can register immediately, but will be placed in the league on a first-come, first-serve basis after the team deadline. Returning teams will be placed prior to new entries. Teams will be organized in separate divisions based on level of play.
League Registration
Team Registration: You can register online for Adult Leagues! League Registrations are completed by the team manager. Players will register after the team registration is confirmed. Team managers will also need to register as a player. Registration can still be done by Mail/Fax/Walk-in by using the team registration card below.
Player Registration: After the team manager get the confirmation email, players will be given a team code. You must go online and "Join a Team" with the team code from your manager. This will add you to the roster for the team!
Free Agent Registration: Individuals may register online as an Individual/Free Agent to be picked up by teams needing additional players.

Soccer - whether you're a former intramural soccer star or just a recreational player, we promise you'll love playing in our adult coed soccer league!
This is a coed league that stresses a fun and friendly form of competition, camaraderie, and fitness. Games are small-sided which consist of 7 vs 7. Games will be played at 6:00pm, 7:00pm or 8:00pm on Wednesday evenings during the spring, summer, and fall months. All games are played at the Eau Claire Soccer Park or Carson Park Football Stadium.

Ultimate Frisbee - this high flying, fast paced game comes to Eau Claire during the summer!
Whether you've never played before, or need to dust off the cobwebs from your college days, this is the place to shine. Our Ultimate Frisbee league is co-ed, and will bring back everything you know and love about the game. This is the perfect opportunity to either get the old crew back together, or meet new friends on the field. Either way, our Ultimate Frisbee league is the perfect way to get out, have fun and get your game on.

- Before practices/games
- Rest (7-9 hrs of sleep)
- Hydrate (Drink 10 oz. of water 10-15 mins before practices or games)
- Eat well (Eat breakfast / Snack - cheese, grapes, pretzels, yogurt)
- During practices/games
- Hydrate (Drink 8-10 oz. every 10-15 minutes)
- After practices/games recovery
- Hydrate & eat well
- Recovery snack ideas - peanut butter & jelly, a handful of pretzels, Fig Newtons, whole grain cereal, dark chocolate chips)
- B Vitamins=Recovery
- Some common foods with the B-complex vitamins: pork, fish, peas, grains, eggs, nuts, milk, cheese, ice cream, lettuce, shrimp, chicken, tortillas, breakfast cereal, orange juice, sunflower seeds, greens
- Hydrate & eat well
